Karimojong Tribe in Kidepo Valley

At dawn set out for a game drive to catch the predators and plenty of other animals. Kidepo is arguably the best park in Uganda for seeing predators. Cheetah once feared extinct in the park are back with numbers increasing. Hyenas, Leopard, Lions, Fox, Aardwolf, Jackal, and Serval Cat are many of the predators in the park. The Narus Valley is still the favorable region for the game because it is the greener and supports plenty of the grazers for the predators to hunt. Gazelle, Kudu, Kob, Zebra, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Buffalo, Elephant, Warthog, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Antelope, and Reedbuck are some of the grazers and browsers. Enjoy the spectacular wilderness for close to four hours, then return to the lodge, have full breakfast and relax. In the afternoon after lunch you will visit the Karamajong Communities near the park. These have been the custodians of the park and their lives are entwined with that of the wildlife. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
