Day 1 | Murchison Falls & Rhino Tracking (Travel Time 5hrs+)

Pickup time 6:30 am at your hotel or place of residence. After breakfast we begin our journey driving northwards to Murchison Falls National Park through Masindi. It will takes us through Kampala’s busy and over populated town of Bwaise and Kawempe. Proceed through Luwero Triangle famous for Uganda’s past dictatorial regime. Break off from the main road to Nakitoma town heading to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking experience, which takes about one and half hours depending how close the rhinos are. Lunch at Kabalega Diner or Masindi Hotel. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park and check into your lodge for overnight.

Day 2 | Murchison Falls National Park

Early morning game drive at 6:30 am, after your breakfast, depending on where you spent the night. If at Red Chilli Camp or Murchison river lodge at the southern side of the park, you will drive to the Nile and arrive in time for the ferry crossing at exactly 7:00 am from southern bank to the northern bank of the river. You will then continue for a game drive on the northern side. The Murchison Falls National Park wildlife includes leopards, giraffes, African elephants, hyenas, oribis, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, water bucks, and lions. After the game drive drive you will have lunch at either Red Chilli Camp or Para Safari lodge, and set off for an exciting panoramic view on a boat cruise to the bottom of the great Murchison Falls in your afternoon at 2:00 pm, and then hike to top of the falls, which takes 45 minutes to reach at the top. It gives you a great opportunity to view schools of hippos, Nile crocodiles, colobus and vervet monkeys and birds along the river such as carmine bee-eater, pied kingfisher, the African data (snake bird), African fish eagle, and among others.

Day 3 | Murchison Falls to Queen Elizabeth N.P. (Travel Time 10hrs+)

The journey to Queen Elizabeth takes us through Buliisa and Biiso towns along lake Albert and the rift valley escarpment. Lunch at the Kolping Hotel in Hoima town. Continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Mabale, Kagadi, Kyenjojo and Fort Portal to Kasese town and finally to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Drive through the game trails for a chance of game sightings and check into your lodge.

Day 4 | Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning game drive, this is a great moment driving through the game circuits with a great view of the Rwenzori Mountains on clear moments. Lots of animals to see like African elephants, cape buffaloes, lions, leopards, warthogs, bush bucks, sitatungas, topis, waterbucks and so on. Lunch at your selected lodge. Afterwards at 3 pm we take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which normally takes 2 hrs, return later at 5 pm, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 | Queen Elizabeth N.P. to Entebbe Airport (Travel Time 7hrs+)

After a morning breakfast briefly drive through the game and embark on your journey back to Kampala. Lunch en route in Mbarara, stopover at the equator for photographs and arrival late evening in Kampala. You will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight or to the airport for your departure flight.
