Pick up at your lodging place in Kampala City at 8:00 am after your breakfast, you take off with a visit to Kasubi Tombs, a great World Cultural Heritage site in Uganda for the Buganda Kingdom. Continue to Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, where ’The 22 martyrs’ were killed between 1885 and 1887 by the king of Buganda called Mwanga in the South of Uganda; 13 of the martyrs were burnt to death at Namugogo.
Proceed to visit the Uganda museum and Bahai Temple. Lunch break at any fantastic restaurant in Uganda’s Capital City preferably your choice. Afterwards a drive to Kabaka’s Palace in Mengo and a visit to Kabaka’s Lake will amaze you.
Time permitting visit the Gaddafi National Mosque and Namirembe Protestant Cathedral. The evening will then be spent on leisure shopping at various craft markets in Kampala. Overnight at either 2Friends Beach Hotel at lake Victoria, Ndere Centre or Hotel Equatorial.
